On Christmas Day, December 25, no power outages are predicted in Ukraine, as there is currently no shortage of electricity.
This was stated by the director of energy programs of the Razumkov Center, Volodymyr Omelchenko on the air "KYIV24".
"Today, there are no planned hourly outages. There are no network restrictions for the population due to a shortage of electricity capacity. This information was passed on to the Ukrenergo company, the expert says.
According to him, the day before, December 23, some accident damage was eliminated, and therefore there are no such problems now. Therefore, Ukrainians can once again not worry about shutdown schedules. However, this is on the condition that there will not be a powerful attack on the energy industry by the enemy, emphasizes Volodymyr Omelchenko.
Omelchenko also noted that shutdown schedules may return if the average daily air temperature drops to -7°C.
