The secondary real estate market in Kyiv is showing steady growth. According to the portal LUN, the average cost of a one-room apartment in the capital is currently $70 000, which on 12% morethan last year. The average price per square meter reached $1 670.

Elite areas: where is real estate the most expensive?

The city center remains the traditional leader in terms of cost. The highest prices for one-room apartments were recorded in Pechersk district:

State of the real estate market in Ukraine

Despite predictions of a possible collapse due to the war, the real estate market has adapted, although its structure has changed significantly:
