"Unfortunately, some politicians used this situation to cover their own political ambitions. And for the same purpose, citizens - residents of the village were used. Today the court put an end to it. The detailed plan of the territory is legal. We have made every effort to protect the interests of those who need it. I congratulate everyone on the victory!", emphasized Volodymyr Bondarenko.
We will remind that on April 14, 2016, deputies of the Kyiv City Council supported the draft decision "On the approval of the detailed plan of the territory of the village of Bykivnia in the Desnyan district of Kyiv". 87 deputies voted for the decision.
The public discussion of the project of the detailed plan of the territory of the village of Bykivnia lasted from August 17 to September 24, 2015, during which residents submitted 107 written proposals and comments. After their review, the "Institute of the General Plan of Kyiv" has developed a new version of the detailed plan, in which the main decisions and indicators have been fundamentally changed.
