The Budget Commission of the Kyiv City Council voted to exclude six garage-building cooperatives from the list of organizations that are obliged to pay rent for land in
in the amount of 3% instead of 0,1%.
"When the Kyiv City Council adopts amendments to the budget and reduces the amount of rent for communally owned land from 3% to 0,1% of the normative monetary value for all other garage-building cooperatives, then these six will also be able to pay not 3%, but 0,1. XNUMX%," said Tetyana Melikhova, a member of the Kyiv City Council.
The deputy clarified which garage-building cooperatives will be able to pay less for rent:
– Garage-building cooperative "Bratislavskyi" (Bratislavska St., 52);
– Garage cooperative "Vygurivshchyna" (74 Elektrotekhnichna St.);
– Cooperative for the construction and operation of individual garages
"Kooperativna-2" (4-a, Sim′i Sosninykh str.);
- Autocooperative for the operation of individual garages and parking lots "Pivdenny"
(Symyrenko St., 38-a);
– Cooperative for the construction and operation of individual garages
"Konoplyany" (9 Konoplyanska St.);
– Garage and construction cooperative "Teremka" (Vasyl Kasiyan St., 1).
These 6 garage-building cooperatives were included in the list of decisions of the Kyiv City Council, by which the amount of rent for land was brought into compliance with the Tax Code.
Following this decision, the six garage-building cooperatives now have to pay land rent at the rate of 3% of its normative monetary value. If they are not excluded from the specified list, these garage-building cooperatives will not be affected by the planned reduction in the amount of rent for communal property plots from 3% to 0,1% of the normative monetary value.
