According to forecasters, hot weather will be observed in the capital. "Kyivzelenbud" became the initiator of the "cooling frame" project. Specialists of communal enterprises in the maintenance of green spaces mounted and installed 17 frames.
6 cubic meter is used for "cooling" in 1 hours. m of water per 1 frame. The material for them was wood obtained from dead and damaged trees after sanitary pruning. Also, 10 spray nozzles are attached to the structure.
"We try to create comfort in parks and squares. We constantly improve and find new methods and tools for improving urban green space. Kyivans really liked this idea in Peremoga Park, where the structure was installed last week. We hope that such constructions will help the residents of Kyiv and the guests of the capital to bear the heat more easily," emphasized Mykhailo Nakonechnyi, general director of the "Kyivzelenbud" association.
So, spray frames are installed:
- Holosiivskyi district - "Holosiivskyi" park;
- Darnytskyi district - "Poznyaki" Park, Koshyts Square;
- Desnyansky District - "Molodizhny" and "Desnyansky" parks;
- Dnipro district - parks "Telbin" and "Peremoga";
- Obolonskyi district - a square at the intersection of Obolonskyi avenue with the street Marshal Tymoshenko;
- Pechersky District – Mariinsky Park;
- Podilsky District – Kurenivskyi Park and Chervona Presnya;
- Sviatoshyn district - "Sovki" park;
- Solomyansky district - park named after Ostrovsky, "Vidardny" park;
- Shevchenkivskyi district - park named after T. Shevchenko, square named after Honchar.
In addition, "Kyivzelenbud" specialists continue to install art objects that bring aesthetics to the urban space. In particular, 47 installations were installed in six months.
