Kyiv residents call on the mayor to preserve the old brewery.
Residents of the capital appeal to the city authorities with a demand to preserve the old brewery of the Psyol family, which is the oldest building where beer was produced in Kyiv, as well as the oldest part of the Mykhailo Richert Brewery complex.

As the authors of the appeal explain, the project recently presented by the developer A-development and a representative of the GA initiative architecture bureau involves the demolition of a part of the historical building of the Richert Brewery. In particular, the Psyol brewery. And this threatens to lose another page of the history of Kyiv.
Therefore, the signatories of the document stressed, we ask the specialists of the Department of Cultural Heritage of the KMDA to protect the Psyol Brewery by developing a historical reference for its inclusion in the List of Monuments of Kyiv.
