In the Kyiv region, due to difficult weather conditions — heavy rains, thunderstorms, and gusts of wind — large-scale damage to power grids has been recorded. More than 30 power transmission lines (PTLs) have been disconnected so far.

This is reported by the company "DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Grids".

Consequences of the disaster in the Kyiv region:

General weather situation
