It is noted that on the site of the estate of 1870, which was created by order of the titular adviser Vsevolod Tarnavskyi, a concrete monolith was erected, and new bricks were also laid.
The construction became known after the wind tore off the screen of the facade, exposing part of the scaffolding. Also in the yard is the construction passport of the object, according to which the restoration workshop is carrying out work.
Buildings No. 26 and No. 24 are located on the territory of the State Historical and Architectural Reserve "Ancient Kyiv". This land is an archaeologically protected zone. The buildings have the status of architectural monuments of local importance, which should protect them from destruction.
