In the capital, patrol officers prevented a tragedy and saved the life of a man who tried to set himself on fire in the middle of the street. Law enforcement officers managed to calm the citizen down at the last moment and handed him over to doctors.

An eyewitness told the dispatcher that the Kyiv resident had poured gasoline on himself and was planning to immediately set himself on fire. A patrol crew arrived at the scene within minutes.
