Police officers reported a 66-year-old local resident suspected of committing hooliganism in the capital.

During social media monitoring, police discovered photos and videos of a man publicly displaying his genitals to passersby in public places. The violations were recorded at a public transport stop and in two coffee shops in the Darnytsia district of the capital.
During the inspection, the police identified the suspect and detained him. The offender turned out to be a 66-year-old local resident, whom the police of the Darnytsia Police Department informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism.
The sanction of the article provides for a fine of one thousand to two thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or probationary supervision for a term of up to five years, or restriction of liberty for the same term.
