On Independence Square, a man without clothes, holding only a package in his hands, confidently walked along Khreshchatyk right between cars. Social media users were divided in their opinions: some joked about the strict dress code in the metro, while others were concerned about the mental health of Kyiv residents after another difficult night under shelling.
Despite the resonance on the Internet, no official appeals were received to law enforcement, but the Kyiv police have already responded to the incident.
"The case was registered after it was published on social media for verification," the police said.
