Price monitoring in Ukrainian markets recorded a decrease in prices for chicken eggs in the first days of January 2025.
Experts reported this Research Institute “Ukraagroindustrialproductivity”, who analyzed retail prices in 48 regional and district markets of Ukraine.
“Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions have the lowest price, while Odessa, Rivne, and Vinnytsia regions have the highest price,” the report says.
The price of category II chicken eggs has decreased by 17% (up to 45,33 UAH/10 pcs.).
The lowest price was in Poltava, Sumy and Kirovohrad regions, and the highest – in Kherson, Rivne and Volyn regions.
