On Saturday, June 13, no hourly power outage schedules are expected in Ukraine, the National Energy Company Ukrenergo reports.
Recommendations for consumers
Despite the fact that no restrictions are foreseen, energy experts urge citizens to consume wisely:
-
Postpone the use of powerful appliances (washing machines, boilers, electric ovens, etc.) during daytime hours — from 10:00 to 16:00.
-
Limit your intake during peak evening hours — from 18:00 to 22:00.
Consequences of enemy shelling
Meanwhile, new power outages were recorded this morning due to Russian attacks on civilian energy infrastructure. Consumers in five frontline and border regions were partially left without electricity:
-
Donetsk,
-
Dnipropetrovsk,
-
Sumy,
-
Kharkiv,
-
Chernihiv.
"Where the security situation allows, power engineers have already begun emergency restoration work. Specialists are doing everything possible to restore power to all subscribers' homes as soon as possible," the company notes.
