- if heavy rain finds you outside, avoid large trees if possible - branches can pose a great danger;
- if you are driving a car during heavy rain, you need to reduce your speed. This will allow you to brake faster in the event of an emergency, help you overcome puddles more easily and not lose control.

If trees or branches fall, contact the rescuers at the following numbers: 101 or 044-430-37-13 (KARS phone).
If people are injured, call 103 immediately.
If a tree has fallen or branches have broken, call the "Kyivzelenbudu" emergency dispatch service: 044-272-40-18.
