З April 7, 2026 in Ukraine, the payment of a one-time cash benefit in the amount of 1500 UAHThis was announced by the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity, Denis Ulyutin.

How can I help you?

The main feature of the program is a minimum of bureaucracy:

  • Automatic charging: Submit no applications or contact ASCs do not need.

  • Payment methods: The funds will be transferred to bank accounts (where social payments are usually received) or through Ukrposhta branches.

Who will receive the funds?

The assistance will cover approximately 13 million citizens, who are most in need of support in times of crisis. The list of recipients includes:

  • Pensioners (all categories);

  • People with disabilities (including children with disabilities and persons with disabilities since childhood);

  • Large families and single mothers;

  • Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs);

  • Low-income citizens who already receive state social assistance.

Context and purpose of the program

Minister Denys Ulyutin noted that this payment is part of the government's broader strategy to support households. The funds are designed to cover basic needs or partially pay for utility bills. In addition to direct assistance to people, the program aims to stimulate domestic demand and support the national economy.

Importantly: If you are already receiving any state social benefit or pension as of April 1, 2026, the payment of UAH 1500 will be assigned to you automatically.


For comparison: according to the government, as of the end of March, more than 4,4 million Ukrainians are already actively using the National Cashback program.
