Russian troops continue to accumulate strike potential for possible new massive attacks on the territory of Ukraine, where Kyiv and the Kyiv region remain priority targets. According to estimates by military analysts and monitoring channels, in particular political expert Andriy Smolii, the enemy has deployed and prepared a significant arsenal of various types of weapons.

Particular attention is paid to the Russian strategic aviation (Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft), whose scheduled training exercises end on July 13. Practice shows that such maneuvers can be quickly converted into a combat mission mode. At the same time, the time from the moment of takeoff of the sides to the launch of cruise missiles of the X-101 type is minimal.

Composition of the enemy's concentrated group

According to available data from monitoring groups, the approximate combat arsenal prepared for a future combined strike includes:

  • Strike UAVs: about 850 units (mainly Shahed and Gerber reconnaissance and strike aircraft);

  • Aeroballistic missiles: up to 7 MiG-31K carriers with Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missiles;

  • Ballistic weapons: up to 27 missiles of the Iskander-M operational-tactical complexes, as well as North Korean KN-23 ballistic missiles;

  • Cruise missiles: up to 16 sea-based "Caliber" type units;

  • Hypersonic missiles: up to 7 units of the "Zircon" type.

Specialists note that such a combined composition is classic for attempts to exhaust the air defense system. The first wave of drones is designed to detect and overload air defense radars, after which high-speed ballistics are launched to destroy infrastructure facilities.

Specifics of ballistic strikes and safety rules

Previous massive attacks on the capital, including the shelling in early July, have demonstrated the high danger of using supersonic weapons. The main problem lies in the extremely high flight speed of the Iskander-M and Zircon ballistic missiles - a matter of minutes pass from the moment of the recorded launch to the hit. As specialized experts and people's deputies have repeatedly noted, under such conditions, the first explosions in the city can be heard almost simultaneously with the activation of civil defense sirens.

Important warning: The experience of the destruction of multi-story building structures during the July strikes in the Darnytskyi district and suburbs (in particular, in Vyshneve) proves that ordinary basements of panel or high-rise buildings are not always able to withstand a direct hit from a heavy missile.

Residents of the capital and the region are strongly recommended to:

  1. Do not ignore preventive monitoring notifications about strategic aircraft or MiG-31K takeoffs.

  2. During an alarm, go exclusively to certified and buried bomb shelters (metro stations, specialized underground structures).

  3. If you cannot quickly reach shelter, strictly follow the "two walls" rule away from window openings.
