Kyiv has introduced updated rules for the operation of theaters during air raids, which depend on the level of danger. According to the new regulations, under the conditions of the “yellow” alert level, performances can continue, while at the “red” level they will be stopped. This information was published by the Department of Tourism and Promotions of the Kyiv City State Administration. These changes correspond to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1092 of September 4, 2026.
It was previously reported that the Kyiv metro operating mode will change from September 10. In particular, during the "yellow" alert, the green metro line will operate without restrictions, providing communication between the right and left banks of the capital via the Southern Bridge.
